The small print.

We collect only what you give us: your name, your email, and whatever you write to us. It is used to answer you, to prepare your appointment, or to manage your commission, and for nothing else.

We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and our newsletter list is stored with the same care as client records. Every newsletter carries a one click unsubscribe.

Requests to see or delete your data are answered within five working days.

Catalog pieces can be returned within fourteen days, unworn and with their certificates. Bespoke commissions cannot be returned once setting has begun, which is why we confirm every drawing and stone with you in writing first.

Deposits on commissions are held against the sourced stones and workshop time booked for you. Dates given before the design is approved are estimates; the date in your written confirmation is the one we commit to.

Shipping is complimentary, fully insured, and requires a signature on delivery. Duties and taxes for deliveries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.
