Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, fully insured and signature required. Shipping is complimentary on every piece.
Can I return a catalog piece?
Catalog pieces can be returned within 14 days, unworn and with certificates. Bespoke commissions cannot, once setting has begun.
How long does a commission take?
Usually three to six months depending on stone sourcing. We confirm a date in writing before any deposit.
Is resizing included?
One sizing is complimentary within the first year. Platinum resizing is done in house and takes about two weeks.
